The project foresees the construction of new, three-story multi-apartment residential buildings in Jūrmala, Rīgas iela 47. The aim is to create a modern and quality living space that harmoniously fits into the surrounding environment and respects the valuable trees on the property.

The architecture of the building is formed from two main volumes with varying setbacks from the street in order to preserve the existing trees. Visually, the volume is divided by using projections, recesses, and contrasting facade materials – dark cement-bonded particle boards and light, vertical thermowood cladding, which associates with the surrounding pines. The corner volume of the building is accentuated.

The building houses 36 apartments of various sizes, grouped around three staircases with elevators. Starting from the second floor, each apartment is designed to have a balcony. Technical rooms are located in the basement.

The landscaped area includes a courtyard with greenery, a children's playground, as well as convenient access from Zvaigžņu iela and surface parking. The project ensures environmental accessibility and modern comfort in the pine-surrounded area of Jūrmala.
