The project is a vision for a high-quality 4* Superior hotel complex in the heart of the Old Town of Riga. It offers contemporary architecture that respects and interprets the unique historical environment, drawing inspiration from the image of Riga's first protective wall. The aim is to create a functionally thoughtful and architecturally outstanding new building that organically fits into the urban space.

The architecture of the complex is designed as a unified but simultaneously fragmented volume with broken facade planes that fit into the characteristic scale of the Old Town of Riga. Light ceramic panels with horizontal grooves are used for the facade and roof finish, accented by copper metal details in the window openings, giving the buildings a modern but contextual appearance.

The hotel will offer rooms of various categories, a SPA center, a restaurant, and conference and commercial spaces. The project also activates the urban space by landscaping Maza Jaunava Street as a publicly accessible pedestrian zone with greenery and relaxation areas, as well as creating a small forecourt at one of the main entrances.

Throughout the complex, it is planned to ensure modern comfort, high energy efficiency, and environmental accessibility standards, combining them with respect for cultural and historical heritage and creating a new quality in the urban environment of the Old Town of Riga.
