The project has created a modern complex that combines a service building, a vehicle washing station, and a canopy, harmoniously fitting into the landscape by the country's main highway A12. The layout has been designed while preserving the topography and ensuring convenient access, parking lots, equipment areas, and charging stations. The façade finishing uses dark gray sandwich panels and Ruukki profile sheets, giving the buildings an industrial austere yet modern character.

Reinforced concrete and steel dominate the constructions, ensuring durability and operational safety. The interior emphasizes functionality – the service and warehouse areas are supplemented by equipment for vehicle maintenance, while the washing station is equipped with a closed, insulated room. Special attention has been given to safety and accessibility: a WC has been designed for people with mobility impairments, doors without thresholds, and contrastingly marked glass surfaces.

The complex is designed as a sustainable infrastructure that combines technical precision with architectural clarity, ensuring efficient resource use and a high-quality work environment.
