A complex has been established in the Kuldīga industrial zone, which combines a tractor machinery service building and a washing area with a canopy, providing a functionally efficient and visually balanced environment for agricultural machinery maintenance. The two-story service building is designed with a clear functional division – the administration and sales area interspersed with spacious repair rooms, specialized boxes, and technologically equipped workshops.

The facade architecture is based on two-tone sandwich panel finishes, glass-enclosed entrance areas, and metal slats, creating a dynamic play of light and shadow. The interiors showcase the supporting structures and use industrial, durable materials.

The outdoor area includes paved access roads, 38 parking spaces with electric vehicle charging options, and optimized pedestrian and vehicle flow. The project integrates universal design principles and high energy efficiency solutions, ensuring a functional, safe, and aesthetically quality industrial environment.
