A functional and architecturally balanced four-story volume with a top floor has been created in the urban environment of Mārupe, combining a guesthouse and a publicly accessible café. The building's composition is based on a laconic parallelepiped shape with recesses that accentuate the entrance and integrate engineering systems, while vertical glazing accents in the stair and relaxation areas bring in light and visual rhythm. The façade features reinforced concrete panels with decorative metal lamellae and contrasting tones, distinguishing the public ground floor from the upper residential levels.

The layout ensures a logical arrangement of functions – from the café and utility rooms on the first floor to the living and common areas on the upper levels. The project incorporates energy-efficient technical solutions, principles of universal design, and high-quality acoustic parameters. The landscaping of the area includes parking spaces, bike racks, and greenery, providing convenient access and a harmonious connection with the surrounding environment. The result is a modern, aesthetically and functionally balanced building that combines practicality with architectural quality.
