The project envisages a new four-storey service hotel building with an integrated café in Mārupes, creating a modern and functional environment for both its residents and café visitors.

Architecturally, the building is designed in a concise rectangular shape with facade recesses that emphasize the entrance areas. The finishing features a contrast of materials and textures – a darker, horizontally emphasized first floor with the café area and light grey upper floors with vertical concrete panel textures and decorative metal slats, creating a rhythmic and modern appearance.

Functionally, the first floor hosts a publicly accessible café with a dining area and kitchen, as well as hotel reception and shared lounge space. The upper floors contain service hotel rooms (double and quadruple) and shared facilities for residents – relaxation areas, sanitary nodes, showers, and laundry rooms.

The service hotel "Moonlight" will offer quality accommodation options and convenient services in a modern and thoughtfully designed environment.
