The project offers a vision for a new, multifunctional center in Olaine, at Jelgavas street 23, intended as a dynamic meeting place for the city's residents and guests. The architecture, interior, and landscaping of the building are created according to a unified concept, inspired by the peat fields characteristic of Olaine's history and landscape.

The architectural solution of the building delicately reflects the striped pattern and relief of the peat fields in the composition of the facades and the arrangement of volumes. Using three main materials – wood, glass, and perforated metal – and gently contrasting tones, the form of the building is both modern and respectful of the surrounding residential constructions, while highlighting its social significance. The large glazing reveals the inner life of the building and connects it with the surrounding environment, while a bright and spacious atrium fills the interior with natural light.

The center combines several important functions for the community – a modern library, music and art schools, as well as an adult education center with transformable spaces. Each functional area is thoughtfully placed to ensure comfortable use and an inspiring environment – for example, the art school rooms with large windows for natural lighting and the library with a view of the courtyard. The project also includes a cafe with an independent entrance and an open-air amphitheater for events.

The landscaping continues the nature-inspired theme, creating a landscape designed in the style of "wild nature," reminiscent of a marsh atmosphere with its characteristic plants and surface patterns. As a special accent, a unique environmental design object named "The Crazy Crane" is placed at the main entrance. The entire complex is designed to ensure complete environmental accessibility.

This multifunctional center is envisioned as a significant contribution to the urban environment of Olaine – a place where nature, culture, education, and community meet in modern and functional architecture.
