The project offers a vision for a new multifunctional center in Olainē, at Jelgavas street 23, designed as a dynamic meeting place for city residents and visitors. The architecture of the building, interior, and landscaping have been created based on a unified concept, inspired by Olainē's history and the characteristic peat fields of its landscape.

The architectural solution of the building subtly reflects the striped pattern and relief of peat fields both in the composition of the facades and in the arrangement of volumes. Using three main materials – wood, glass, and perforated metal – and lightly contrasting tones, the shape of the building is both modern and respectful of the surrounding residential development, while highlighting its social importance. The wide glazing reveals the inner life of the building and connects it with the surrounding environment, while a bright and spacious atrium fills the interior with natural light.

The center combines several functions important to the community – a modern library, music and art schools, as well as an adult education center with transformable spaces. Each functional area is thoughtfully positioned to ensure convenient use and an inspiring environment – for example, the art school spaces with large windows for natural light and the library with a view of the courtyard. The project also includes a café with an independent entrance and an open-air amphitheater for events.

The landscaping continues the nature-inspired theme, creating a landscape with a "wild nature" style reminiscent of a marsh atmosphere with characteristic plants and surface patterns. A unique environmental design object "Crazy Crane" is placed as a special accent at the main entrance. The entire complex is designed to ensure complete environmental accessibility.

This multifunctional center is envisioned as a significant contribution to the urban environment of Olainē – a place where nature, culture, education, and community meet in modern and functional architecture.
