The project at Zirgu Street 47A, Jelgava aims to reconstruct the existing building into a modern multifunctional social service center. Its goal is to provide accessible, safe, and high-quality services for various groups in society – from families and children to people in crisis situations.

The building is planned to house several functional units: a crisis center, day centers “Harmony” and “Integra”, a service block “Respite Moment”, and a family support department, as well as administrative spaces. The layout and engineering solutions have been designed to ensure usability, safety, and environmental accessibility.

The project includes landscaping the area with playgrounds and relaxation zones, accessibility ramps, and parking spaces, including for people with disabilities. The architectural solution of the building is based on neutral, calming tones, blending functionality with aesthetic quality and harmony in the urban environment.

The reconstruction solutions are developed in two phases, gradually improving both the energy efficiency of the building and the quality of the surrounding area, creating a sustainable and people-friendly environment.
