The transformation of the existing factory and the addition of a new building creates an industrial complex that is ready for the challenges of future production. The development is planned to be gradual, starting with the expansion and modernization of the existing building, which integrates new utility areas, improved engineering communications, and optimized logistics flow. The second phase involves the construction of a completely new production building, which is connected to the research building by a closed corridor, creating a unified functional system.

The architectural solutions are based on preserving the visual unity of the building ensemble – cladding panels and color tones that correspond to the existing construction have been used, harmonizing the new with the old. Laminated timber and steel supporting systems have been used in the structures, providing large-span spaces and flexibility in equipment layout.

Special attention is paid to safety, integrating modern fire safety and security systems, as well as accessibility, including adapted sanitary facilities. The project adheres to the principles of sustainable construction and energy efficiency requirements, ensuring Class A indicators for heating. As a result, an industrial environment with high technological and architectural qualities is created.
